## Short Internal Framing

The question was: what if a shoe took under 5 minutes to make? We answered it in a Markerlab that smelled like glue.

## Detail

This personal project started with an ambitious question: How can we create shoes in the most efficient and automated way possible? The solution emerged by combining two techniques: small circular knit upper and direct injected PU midsole.

The breakthrough came in efficiency: uppers created in under 5 minutes and a full size run requiring only 4 different sizes of socks. Beyond manufacturing efficiency, the real win was creating a completely seamless and comfortable shoe for the wearer.

What began as an experimental project in the Markerlab evolved into something larger: a new brand franchise called Futurenatural.
