At the intersection of blockchain technology and sports, WAGMI United ("We're All Gonna Make It") emerged as a pioneering venture aiming to revolutionize sports fandom. Built by leaders across NFT and sports worlds from influencers and investors to designers and executives, we set out to transform how fans engage with sports clubs.

Our first move was acquiring Crawley Town FC, an English League Two club, with an ambitious vision: leverage blockchain technology to create a new model of digital fandom unrestricted by geographic boundaries. The goal was clear: take Crawley Town to the Premier League while democratizing club decisions through fan voting and engagement.

We secured a partnership with Adidas, a brand with rich history in football and boundary pushing innovation, to help bring this vision to life. This collaboration amplified our ability to bridge traditional sports heritage with digital innovation. In May 2024, history was made as Crawley Town FC secured promotion to League One after a thrilling 2-0 victory at Wembley Stadium, marking our first major milestone in this revolutionary journey.

While incredibly challenging to launch this project in the middle of a bear market, we were able to test a hypothesis and create a first prototype of how fans can have a more participatory role in their clubs. I envision a future where having a say as a fan will not only be the norm but rather the foundation of how sports clubs operate and thrive.

As Global Creative Director, I led brand strategy, creative direction, and community engagement. Managed a pretty small technical team to deliver a 10,000 NFT collection featuring unique, fully-rigged 3D avatars with custom character and garment designs - completed in under 2 months.
